Using a permanent marker, write the date and other info on the outside of quart freezer bag. Make a cone using the filter. Slowly pour goat's milk through the filter directly into quart freezer bag, seal closed while removing excess air, and lay flat on cookie sheet.
Freeze in freezer. Repeat using the rest of your milk.Once all bags are frozen, double bag them together in a gallon feezer bag, storing upright in your freezer.
To thaw, place bag in hot water. DO NOT MICROWAVE BAG.
Tip: After a goat kids, collect and freeze extra colostrum in case it's needed for the future.
